Refund Policy:
For eligible consumer purchases, you may request cancellation and a refund within 14 days from the day after transaction completion.
For digital content that has already started delivery or access, the right to cancel may not apply. Refund requests are reviewed in accordance with applicable law and the payment partner's refund policy. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
