1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using 英雄荣光医院, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Virtual Goods
The game may include virtual currencies ("Yuanbao") or items. These virtual goods are for entertainment purposes only and have no real-world monetary value.
3. Refund Policy
For purchases made on this website, payment and order processing are handled by our authorized payment partner as Merchant of Record.
If you are a Consumer, you may request cancellation and a refund within 14 days from the day after completion of the transaction.
For Digital Content that has started download, streaming, transmission, or has otherwise been immediately made available and used, the right to cancel may not apply.
Refund requests are processed in accordance with applicable law and the payment partner's refund policy, and may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
This does not affect your mandatory consumer rights for products that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. For help, contact support@rhospital.cc.

The legal business name of the Supplier is HeroHospital.

若您属于消费者，您可在交易完成次日开始的 14 日内申请取消并退款。
对于已开始下载、传输、流媒体访问或已即时获得并使用的数字内容，撤销权可能不适用。
退款申请将依据适用法律及支付合作方退款政策按个案审核处理。

4. 法定商业名称
本服务提供方（Supplier）的法定商业名称为 HeroHospital。
1. 規約の同意
英雄荣光医院 にアクセスして使用することにより、お客様は本契約の条項に拘束されることに同意したものとみなされます。
2. 仮想商品
ゲームには、仮想通貨（「元宝」）またはアイテムが含まれる場合があります。これらの仮想商品は娯楽目的のみであり、現実世界の金銭的価値はありません。
3. 返金ポリシー
本サイトでの購入については、当社が指定する決済パートナーが Merchant of Record として決済を処理します。
消費者であるお客様は、取引完了日の翌日から 14 日以内であれば、キャンセルおよび返金を申請できます。
ただし、デジタルコンテンツのダウンロード、配信、ストリーミング、または提供と利用が開始された場合、キャンセル権が適用されないことがあります。
返金申請は、適用法令および決済パートナーの返金ポリシーに従って個別に審査されます。
